Why don't you serve sushi on the trains? Also, Black Angus Steak and mashed potatoes would be a great side dish for the raw fish.

An outstanding opportunity to learn about the history of railroads. The conductors and curators are knowledgeable and they have a fantastic collection of engines and other rolling stock. A small gem - well worth the effort to visit.
