Good selection, good prices and good service. Easier to get to thank the other pet stores in our area so it's our go to place for our 3 dogs
I really liked the staff members. Everyone was very nice and patient. They didn't rush me out of the store. Hailey was very knowledgeable about the animals. I will be back to purchase another pet soon.
We love PSP, and not just because it's conveniently located. It's got the friendliest staff out of any store in the area. They've helped me pick out new toys and treats and assured me of their return policy in case my cats don't like them. And we love that they have four cat cages used by Rescue Ridge, a great animal rescue organization.
Every time I visit the store I always am able to find exactly what I'm looking for, and if not an employee is always willing to help. They definitely put the customers needs first. And best of all the store is always well kept, very clean and very well organized.
