My family loves it here. From the train museum. To the village. Never gets old.
Been going here to visit the historic village for years. Always nice to walk through with the fam and take some pics against the backdrop of almost 200 years ago.
Also there’s another side to Allaire with fantastic mountain biking that’s totally worth checking out.
Great place for hiking. They have several nice trails. I also take my son to the village area. He’s 4 and enjoys watching the BlackSmith Work. All of the staff is excellent.
Allaire camping is always a good time. Not primitive, but rustic. For rv's there is a dump station, but no water and electric hook- ups. Allaire Village is just down the street. Life in 1860! Great gift shop. Unique gifts. Don't forget to check the Pine Creek train schedule and get a ride. Santa stops by on weekends during December.
Step back in time to an iron ore factory town of the nineteenth century! A fantastic place to take a walk while learning about life in the past.
