Greatest service I've ever had at 10:30
The kids and I had ordered a vodka pizza from this place it came an hour later, which was not the issue. The issue was that it was ice cold, I called to let them know and the girl put the manager on the phone. He was beyond rude and disrespectful to me and had no idea how to manage my complaint. He asked what do you want me to do about it??? I was like can you please deliver a somewhat hot pizza, he hung the phone up on me. I called back and stated "did you just hang the phone up on me"??? He stated no we got disconnected, which was a total lie. He has no business being a manager let alone dealing with people. I paid $23.00 plus a tip to get a cold pizza??? He was like what do you want me to do we are busy!!!! I asked for a hot pizza to be delivered. Never again will I eat or order from this joke of a place again!!!!! Beyond unprofessional and the food is not that good and its overpriced!!!!

Joe's never lets us down. We go here at least once a week for both work and home and the food is always great. Quick delivery times, unique options when it comes to pizza and sandwiches. Their new location is great with plenty of parking in front and the huge back lot. My whole family is hooked on Joe's!
