The room was fine, though the heat wasn't working great. The pool is very small. There is a Starbucks on site that serves food during certain hours, but I wish we had just left to find breakfast. Overall, a fine stay, but nothing amazing.
The only reason I am giving 3 stars and not 2 is because the staff deserves recognition for their professionalism and friendliness.
The housekeeping did not replace the cups that were used for coffee in the morning nor did they take away the empty, dirty glasses we had left from the night before.
Service was awesome and the restaurant in the hotel has the best food def worth it I slept like a bed in that nice comfy bed
The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the bistro, I can't say enough.
Now, the room...first, the toilet seat was loose (if it hadn't been reported, I realize there is no way for them to know) and there were droplets of fresh urine on the toilet! Outside of this being a way to transmit an infectious disease, it also leads me to believe the rest of the bathroom was never cleaned!
Very comfortable and clean suite. Staff friendly. Small but nice pool; hot tub as well.
Breakfast good but slow. Everything else was great.
I am not one to ever write a review but in comparison to the last Courtyard we stayed at, this did, in no way measure up.
The bread and bagels were stale and the breakfast/coffee is not complementary.
Very disappointed
The lobby was nice. But we had to switch rooms a few times. The first room wasn't even cleaned up after the previous guest stayed there. Bed wasn't made, towels on the floor and food was in a box on the floor. Second room had a funky smell to it. Third room was pretty good. Front desk was accommodating each time though.
