My mother used Mr. Callinan for her estate planning needs. His work was excellent and his fees were very reasonable. Going to an attorney for the first time, I thought the fees were going to be several thousand dollars but was extremely happy to get a well prepared portfolio of estate planning documents for several hundred dollars.
In our opinion he totally botched the parents wills, and has caused a convoluted mess. It is going to court and hopefully an ethics complaint.
