I want to let you know how helpful, prompt in getting back to me, courteous, and knowledgeable the employees of your organization were who assisted with my pool work, from opening & closing the pool and changing the liner: The gals in your front office: Megan, Sandra, Carla and Audrey; Colleen who delivered sand; The Crews: Eddie and Mike, young Tom, Sean, and of course, Kiel and his crew (so happy Kiel is back!). They were great. It was a pleasure working with them.

I love how they handled my outdoor project. First class service all the way.

This company is a joke, if I could rate them a negative zero I would, do not waste your time and money hiring these people. Unless, you want to spend your time and energy chasing the staff to complete the job. They are the worst! The staff are a bunch of miss managed, unorganized, unprofessional liars. All they care about is getting your cash only or certified check for work that they promise you but fail to deliver. I contacted this company on 5/24/17 to come and provide me with an estimate for the cost of an above ground pool installation, they scheduled their rep. to come to my home to assess the job for 5/26/17, on which day the guy never showed up. After contacting the company, he called to say he was overbooked and unable to make it, he re-scheduled the estimate for the following Saturday. That should have been my 1st indication of how this company works, no call no show. When he did arrive, the rep. spoke about "extra" necessities which are a must to extend the life of my above ground pool. After discussing and describing the job in detail, I hired this company. BIG MISTAKE! The next business day the company emailed me a description of what to expect, the date of my pool installation, the delivery of my sand delivery and the date of my electrical work. I followed all of their instructions yet they do not FOLLOW their own time line and schedule their work crews accordingly. The sand delivery is promised within 1 week before installation, yet the guy did not show up till the day of my pool installation. The pool installers did arrive as promised but not until 1pm in the afternoon, because the staff who scheduled the job did not explain the hand dig and the scope of work involved in my installation. The crew spent 8 hrs on my property, at times working in the dark to complete the job. In the morning upon review of their work, I found numerous wrinkles in the liner, sloppy work and poor quality products i.e. the "extra necessities" to extend the life of my above ground pool. I immediately contacted the company and emailed them pics of their quality of service. All I am getting is a run around, in addition the electrician has failed to show up as scheduled by Y.E.S. and detailed in their email. I hired this company, paid them a lot of money because I believe "You get what you pay for" but not in this case. Homeowner beware!

Bill is a great salesman; honest and knowledgeable. Dave is an outstanding service technician; punctual and reliable. My problem is with the office: We were to be scheduled for our lining change in July after paying deposit in June, but I had to call in August to get on the schedule. We were scheduled for a Monday, but OFFICE CALLED US AND ASKED TO COME EARLY, THE FRIDAY BEFORE. THEY DID NOT TELL US WE WOULD BE CHARGED IF POOL WAS NOT COMPLETELY EMPTY. Had I known, I would have stuck with original date. They would not reverse the $100 extra charge. Also, office did not tell us that when replacing skimmer, crew would have connected pump. Had we known that, we would have had everything ready. So now we have to do everything because all we were told was that "we did not have to be home" when they come back to install new skimmer. They installed our pool over 10 years ago and did a wonderful job. But I am disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the office. Thank you to Bill and Dave for the outstanding work done.

Chris came to our house and gave us an estimate for lighting in our yard and replacing our in ground pool liner. We were all set and ready to sign, but he never called back after we reached out twice. Talk about a $6000 mistake on their behalf. We signed with another company that was more expensive but very attentive to details, answering questions, returning phone calls, and scheduling installation.
