This mechanic was as helpful as most of the other reviews have said. Everybody was very transparent about what needed to be done for the car and what each step of the repair required. He brought me into the shop to show exactly what was wrong with the car as well.
They are very professional and very kind. Last Wednesday,when I drive on the high way from New York to New Jersey ,the shell of my car's bumper almost fell off，I was very scared！I called two car repair company,they refused to help me. When I call o'shea ,tell them my plight .They were very willing to help me immediately.I appreciated their kind! The staff helped to hold on the shell,and the boss didn't charge me.They are very fair! Usually,people charge you high price when you need Their help. I will comeback to them when my car need to be fixed,Even faraway from them![Cause it's worth to trust them!]
Very friendly, with great communication, they showed me the issue and explained to me in detail what needs to be fixed. Part was a bit pricey but their labor and other charges are really fair, will definitely return for future repairs.

Have tried other mechanics nearby and this one seems to be the most honest. They were surprisingly really quick with the repair too. We had a muffler change that replaced a ridiculously rusted one.
